Needs assessment for your business.

First, our eConsulting team analyses the routes of your vehicles. The experts look at the determined energy requirements and available technology to establish what the right charging infrastructure looks like for your business and how it can best be implemented. Overnight charging at your depot or on-the-go at the loading ramp? How many charging stations? How much charging capacity? Is the existing mains connection sufficient? Does the network operator have to be activated? We find the answers.

Clear cost analysis.

Clear cost analysis.

We calculate – you decide: After the route analysis and planning of your charging infrastructure, the costs for your transition steps will be analysed. To this end, potential subsidies such as grants or tax breaks are also identified. You can then evaluate the cost-benefit ratio for yourself – and make decisions. We would be happy to support you in applying for funding opportunities.

Jump starting your eMobolity.

eMobility at last! After analysis and planning comes implementation and integration into your operations. Comprehensive training programs are available to support this, for example, on battery-saving driving, improved charging on the road, handling high-voltage systems and the new charging management software. Making eMobility a success story for you.

Support for all relevant steps.

From connection to the power grid to charging management: We will be by your side. We determine which infrastructure you need or which software is required based on the use of your vehicles. And if your connection needs to be expanded by the grid operator as a result of the new, additional demand for electricity: we will be happy to help you.

Everything always in view.

Fleetboard Charge Management gives you control over your charging stations, the charging processes and the state of charge of your eTrucks. This allows you to find potential for improvement, develop charging routines and fine-tune the charging processes to suit your operation procedures.

On-time start with advance preparation.

Planning and installing the charging infrastructure at your site takes time, from 3 months in the best case scenario to 24 months for extensive work. Sometimes the grid connection needs to be extended, and this in particular can be a lengthy job. This means that advance preparation and early inclusion of grid operators are important for making a quick transition to eMobility. Our eConsultants take care of the ongoing coordination between the parties involved, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

Strong partners by your side.

Your modern eTruck requires a modern charging infrastructure. To this end, we work together strategically with various partners. Together, we support you with planning, construction and maintenance.

CO2 calculator

Potential saving.

Various factors, such as the semitrailer, load, outside temperature and application, are taken into account to determine the CO2 reduction when switching to the eActros 600. The CO2 calculator provides you with information on the CO2 saving potential of the eActros 600 according to your parameters. Contact your eConsultant for a more detailed analysis.

* This is an expert assessment based on various assumptions and data as well as selected user inputs regarding vehicle model, annual mileage, energy mix, semitrailer, load, outside temperature and application. The CO2 saving potential has been determined internally under the following, specific conditions and may vary from the values determined in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/2400. This data is not legally binding. The estimate is based on a Well-to-Wheel (WTW) analysis and only takes carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions into account. The CO2 emissions of the eActros are determined using the basic annual mileage covered (user input), energy consumption, the specific CO2 emissions of the energy mix (user input) and the charging efficiency. The energy consumption of the eActros is determined using the selected user inputs (vehicle model, semitrailer, load, outside temperature and application) based on internal simulations. The application corresponds to the driving profiles for regional distribution haulage or long-haul according to the Vehicle Energy Consumption Calculation Tool (VECTO) of the European Commission. Topography was generally not considered separately. No preconditioning of the battery is assumed. ** The values for the specific CO2 emissions of the selected energy mix are based on WTW data relating to 2022 from Sphera Solutions GmbH. If the user selects a country for the energy mix, the average energy mix of the respective country is assumed. If the user chooses an energy source for the energy mix, the EU average for the respective energy source is used. The calculation is based on a 95% charging efficiency. The energy consumption of the Actros with combustion engine is based on the selected user inputs regarding the annual mileage covered, energy mix, semitrailer, load and application. The outside temperature is assumed to be 20°C. In real-life situations, differences may occur as a result of differences in vehicle configuration, route, traffic conditions, individual driving style and other factors. The value of the specific CO2 emissions for diesel vehicles is based on Well-To-Tank (WTT) data from 2022 provided by Sphera Solutions GmbH (tbc) and from the Tank-To-Wheel (TTW) Vehicle Energy Consumption Calculation Tool (VECTO) of the European Commission.

Your Mercedes‑Benz Trucks dealer will provide you with an individual comparison.

The result is a calculation based on a small amount of basic data. Your dealer will be happy to calculate individually whether eMobility is still worthwhile for you.

* The results of this simulation are estimates based on your input and look at a period of five years. The calculation was based on: Diesel consumption: 26.0 l/100 km. Electricity consumption: 119 kWh/100 km. Consumption may vary in the specific case of application. It depends on many factors, such as vehicle equipment, load, route profile, speed, driver’s driving style, tyres, weather conditions and much more. The calculation tool and its results do not in any way represent an assurance or guarantee on the part of Daimler Truck AG or any other company. All quoted prices and costs are exclusive of VAT and in €.
